Ms. Mack has prepared state law-compliant incident response plans for her clients to provide road-maps in the event of cybersecurity breach. She has been engaged to conduct audits to determine whether clients’ data privacy protections comply with such statutory schematics as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and California Consumer Privacy Act (as she is an active member of the California Bar).
