In guiding Florida-based insurers through formation and changes in business strategy, Susan Mack continues to counsel these insurers as to compliance with Florida insurance law and regulation. Where requested, she interacts on her clients behalf with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.

Her regulatory experience extends to drafting insurance policies, particularly in the excess and surplus lines markets.

Ms. Mack’s depth of reinsurance expertise has been put to frequent use in counseling clients about such regulatory schemes as credit for reinsurance regulations, fronting regulations and the life and health reinsurance agreement regulations, among others.
